While we take care of the check-in formalities for you, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the apron from our airport lounge. There you will also find a rich buffet, TV and internet access, international newspapers as well as snacks and drinks. We will take you and your guests to your aircraft by VIP bus. You can say goodbye to your companion shortly before departure. We then bring them back to the terminal.

Save yourself the search for a parking space at the airport in Hamburg! With our VIP service, you can park in an exclusive VIP area right next to Terminal 2. We will pick you up at the vehicle and greet you personally. If you land back in Hamburg after your trip, we will bring you and your companion to the car.
